Proms: the photographs on the drive matter more than the miles
A prom car is really two jobs. There is the arrival at the house, which the parents and the photographer care about most, and there is the quiet reliability afterwards, which is what actually matters. We do the first so the pictures are good, and the second so the night is safe and nobody is left waiting.
What we actually do
The arrival at the house. The car placed where the photographer wants it, on the good side of the drive, unhurried, so the pictures the parents want actually happen.
A driver the parents have met. The same vetted driver, introduced beforehand, phone number shared, so the adults know exactly who is driving and can reach them.
Booked to a time, moved to reality. Proms never end on schedule; the car is held and moved to when it actually finishes, not left circling or gone home.
Quiet and reliable all night. No fuss, no theatrics, a driver who is simply there and dependable, from the drive to the door at the end.
How we prepare

We are not a party bus. If the plan is a stretch limo full of music, that is a different hire. We are the calm, vetted, parents-trust-us end of the market.
Book the group as one. Proms work best with the whole group's cars arranged together, one plan, one contact, rather than six families booking separately and hoping the timings line up.
Tell us the school, the venue and roughly when it ends, and we will plan the arrival, the driver and the run home, with a fixed price back.
