Galas and charity balls: booked for eleven, there at eleven, still there at one
The whole test of a gala car is the end of the night, not the start. Anyone can get you there for seven. The value is a car that is genuinely at the door when you come out at midnight, or one, without a phone call, a wait, or a scramble in the cold in evening dress.

What we actually do
The arrival, unhurried. Dropped at the right door, on the photographable side if there are cameras, with time to walk in rather than rush.
The wait, without being asked. Your driver holds nearby all evening. You do not manage the car; it is simply there when you are ready.
The midnight pickup, real. The point of the night. We are at the door when you come out, not fifteen minutes away and apologising.
The group, coordinated. A table of ten in three cars, one person organising all of them, so nobody is left on the pavement.
How we prepare
Honestly, though
A single late transfer can be a taxi. If it is a straight ride home at a known time, a cab is cheaper and we will say so. We earn our place across a whole evening, a group, and a genuinely reliable midnight.
Tell us if it is going to overrun. Galas drift late. That is fine, the car waits, but the honest version is that we plan for one o'clock, not that we promise eleven and hope.
Tell us the venue, the date and roughly how many, and we will plan the arrival, the wait and a midnight that actually happens, with a fixed price back within the hour.
